Violations of these terms may result in the termination of your Gift Hat account. The Gift Hat prohibits inappropriate content, but you understand and agree that the Gift Hat will not be held responsible for the content posted on the site, and you may be exposed to such content at your own risk.

General Conditions

1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Gift Hat service for any reason, without notice at any time.

3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
5. We reserve the right to modify user submitted content for any reason including but not limited to editing inappropriate content or modifying wishlist URLs to insert affiliate information.
